The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre (GCCLC) is collecting your personal information for the purpose of contact tracing as required by the Restrictions on Businesses, Activities and Undertakings Direction pursuant to the Public Health Act 2005 (Qld) and may be required to provide your personal information to a public health officer if a confirmed case of COVID-19 has been present at the Centre on this day. Your information is handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and may only be access by persons authorised to do so, unless authorised by law, we will not provide your personal information to any other person or agency. This information is destroyed after 56 days.
